"The session reports/follow-up were so useful and I've gone back to them time and time again to review, especially the maintenance plan. This has also helped with building the information for my gynaecologist and GP conversations."

Meet me

I have always been intrigued by how and why things work, and with a Masters in Physics I spent years in the aerospace industry immersed in science and research.  It wasn’t until 2014 when my eldest child was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that I discovered the science of nutrition.  As a young mother, I needed to learn what I could do to help his pain and stop the autoimmunity progressing.  I started my nutrition journey, went back to college, and spent 4 years learning how our immune system, gut health, our environment, and food is all connected.  Under the principles of nutrition and functional medicine, I witnessed him thrive and come off all medications.

Today, I run a successful nutritional therapy practice and am passionate about expanding the reach of nutrition to a broader population.  I love to share knowledge and empower people to take control of their own health through the correct dietary and lifestyle choices. I believe strongly that we need to consider equally our pillars of health: our sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress. I work with clients to help chronic issues from heart health and high cholesterol to autoimmunity and eczema.  I particularly enjoy working with parents to help their children thrive and have a busy online clinic.

As a Nutritional Therapist, I am a scientist!

To me, the "why" is fundamental.

How I work

Nutritional therapy is not just about following trendy diets or quick-fix solutions. It's a personalised and evidence-based approach that acknowledges the fundamental connection between the food we consume and its impact on our overall health. By understanding the intricacies of biochemistry, physiology, and how nutrients interact with our bodies, I can tailor a comprehensive plan designed to address your specific health challenges.

Why Choose Nutritional Therapy for Chronic Disease?

Chronic diseases can be debilitating and frustrating, often leaving individuals feeling like they have no control over their well-being. However, there is hope! Nutritional therapy can be a game-changer, empowering you to take charge of your health and make positive, sustainable changes.

Equip you with knowledge

1.
No-obligation call

Your first step is to see if you would like to work with me and we are a good fit together.  This is a no-obligation free 15-20 minute call where you can tell me about your health challenges and I can explain how nutritional therapy may be able to help you.

2.
Initial consultation

During this 75-90 minute session, we will delve into your health concerns, goals and medical history, allowing me to gain valuable insights into your specific needs. Together, we'll explore how nutritional therapy can address your individual challenges and set you on a path towards lasting well-being.  I put together a personalised plan for you and outline any functional tests that may be helpful in helping establish the root cause of your health concerns.

3.
Ongoing support

You will want to make sure that the nutrition and lifestyle changes we put in place stick with you for the long-term.  Which is why my programmes are designed to take place over 3-6 months, with regular opportunities to check in with each other, review progress, and adapt as we need to.
