Why FutureStrong is different

FutureStrong is an online group programme created by Registered Nutritional Therapist Nicola Vaughan, in collaboration with personal trainer James Knight from MaxOut30.

FutureStrong is designed to help you make improvements in your metabolic health, combining evidence-based nutrition advice with strength training, in a supportive community for sharing stories and providing accountability.  Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge of how to build a strong and healthy body.

What will you learn?

Education is an important part of this programme.

The live zoom sessions will cover:

Week 1: Foundation – insulin resistance, metabolism and the science behind strength training and nutrition

Week 2: What happens in perimenopause and how oestrogen and cortisol affects our body

Week 3: A cholesterol deep dive, why it's important and when to be concerned with blood results

Week 4: Gut health, our own GLP-1 mechanisms and the role of fibre

JS

"I would highly recommend Future Strong to anyone who is interested in exploring the effect their metabolic health has on their current quality of life, future longevity, as well as the health of their family members, both young and old."

It really helped me navigate and cut through the noise that is posted on social media to arrive as a solution that I believe in."

Carolyn

"Both Nicola and James gently guided me and taught me a fresh new way of getting the very best out of my body whilst showing it a lot more respect. Thorough, well presented sessions. Thank you so much!"

Jackie

"Nic is so knowledgeable and passionate about metabolic health.  I love listening to her wealth of advice and she even makes my least favourite subject at school, science, sound interesting!"

LB

"Future strong is a fantastic and educational programme. It debunks myths, provides up to date in-depth information and clear guidance on how to manage and improve metabolic health. Nic provides a very friendly, professional and supportive environment to learn and make good progress."

FAQS

When does it start?

Can beginners join?

YES!  You need no prior knowledge about metabolism NOR strength training to start this programme, but you can be assured you will finish the programme with knowledge for life and a motivation to continue with building a healthy body!
