Terms of booking
We’re so happy you’re considering joining us. This retreat has been created with care, intention and a genuine desire to support your wellbeing on every level — physical, emotional and energetic. To help everything run smoothly and ensure a safe, nurturing and transparent experience for everyone, we’ve put together some simple Terms & Conditions.
They outline how bookings work, what’s included, our cancellation policy, and how we keep you and your personal information safe. We encourage you to read through them so you feel fully informed and confident in your booking.

This retreat is designed to be a restorative, uplifting experience from the moment you say “yes,” and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
TERMS & CONDITIONS — Nourish & Grow Retreat
1. Agreement
1.1
By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2
“We” or “Us” means NV Health Ltd and our contracted teachers.
“You” means the guest.
“Retreat” means the programme of accommodation, classes, workshops and activities.
1.3
It is your responsibility to check that your booking confirmation is accurate.
2. Booking, Payments & Pricing
2.1 Booking Process
To reserve a place on the retreat, you must first complete the booking form.
Your room is not confirmed until we have reviewed availability and issued written confirmation.
2.2 Deposit
A non-refundable £300 deposit is required to secure your place.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has cleared and you receive written confirmation.
2.3 Payment Options
After your booking is confirmed, you may choose:
A. Pay in Full
The full retreat price is payable upon receiving the payment link.
B. Deposit + Instalment Plan
Secure your place with the £300 deposit and settle the remaining balance via 9 equal monthly instalments, collected automatically on the 1st of each month.
Instalments begin on the 1st of the month following your deposit payment, unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Late Bookings
If you book within 10 weeks of the retreat start date, the full balance is due immediately.
Instalment plans are not available for late bookings.
2.5 Missed Payments
If an instalment fails, Stripe will automatically retry.
If payment remains outstanding after repeated attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your place and retain all payments already made, including the deposit.
2.6 Pricing
Retreat prices may change before you book.
The price confirmed at the time of your written booking confirmation is the price you pay.
Promotions or discounts offered after your booking is completed do not apply retrospectively.
2.7 Third-Party Activities
Optional extras (e.g., treatments, excursions, transport) are provided by independent third parties and taken at your own risk and cost. NV Health Ltd accepts no liability for such services.
3. Cancellations & Changes by You
3.1 Deposit
The £300 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.2 Cancellation Charges
If you cancel your retreat place, the following charges apply:
• 70+ days before start date: Loss of deposit only
• 50–69 days before start date: 50% of total retreat price is payable
• 0–49 days before start date: 100% of total retreat price is payable
(Percentages refer to the full retreat cost, including any amount already paid.)
3.3 Substitutions
You may transfer your place to another suitable participant (same room type) up to 14 days before the retreat, subject to approval and a £50 admin fee.
3.4 Re-selling Your Place
If you cancel and we are able to re-sell your place, we will refund the amount recovered minus the £300 deposit and a £50 admin fee.
3.5 After the Retreat Begins
Once the retreat has commenced, no refunds are issued for any unused portion.
4. Cancellations & Changes by Us
4.1
We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, teachers or inclusions where necessary, and will minimise disruption.
4.2
If we cancel the retreat for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us.
4.3 Force Majeure
If the retreat cannot proceed due to events beyond our control (e.g., war, civil unrest, strike, epidemic, natural disaster, severe weather, airport or transport closure), no compensation is payable. We will offer either:
(a) a date transfer/credit to a future retreat, or
(b) where feasible, a refund less unrecoverable costs already paid to suppliers.
4.4
We are not liable for flights, transfers, visas or other consequential costs. Please claim these through your travel insurer.
5. What’s Included / Not Included
5.1 Included
Items listed on the retreat webpage or your confirmation (e.g., accommodation, specified meals, classes, workshops).
5.2 Not Included
Flights, transfers, travel insurance, optional treatments, alcoholic drinks or anything not expressly listed as included.
6. Health, Capability & Conduct
6.1
You must disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, disabilities or pregnancy before booking and update us of any changes. We may request a doctor’s clearance.
6.2
All practices are optional. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop immediately and inform the teacher. Physical adjustments are opt-in only.
6.3
We reserve the right to decline or terminate participation (without refund) if your behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or negatively impacts other guests, or if you are unfit to participate (including due to alcohol or substance use).
7. Liability
7.1
You participate in all activities and use the venue/facilities at your own risk.
7.2
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our teachers are not liable for any loss, damage or injury to you or your property arising from your attendance, except where caused by our negligence.
7.3
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7.4
We are not liable for services provided by third parties (e.g., external therapists, treatment providers, transfer companies).
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
8.1 Data Privacy
We process your personal data to administer your booking and communicate retreat information.
Your data is only shared outside NV Health Ltd where necessary to deliver the retreat (e.g., dietary requirements to the venue) or where required by law.

8.2 Confidentiality of Health & Personal Disclosures
Any health information or personal details you share with us before or during the retreat are kept in confidence and used only to support your safety, wellbeing and participation.
8.3 Group Confidentiality
Workshops, circles or discussions may involve personal sharing.
You agree to keep all such disclosures strictly confidential and not repeat or share them outside the retreat.
8.4 Photography & Recording
You must not photograph, film or record other participants, nor share any images or content involving other guests, without their explicit consent.
9. Travel Documents & Requirements
9.1
You are responsible for passports, visas, inoculations and meeting entry requirements for Portugal.
10. Media Consent
10.1
We may occasionally capture photos or video for marketing.
You will only be included with your explicit consent, and you may opt out at any time on site.
11. Complaints
11.1
Please raise any issue immediately during the retreat so we can resolve it quickly.
If unresolved, email us within 14 days of returning home. We will respond within 14 days.
12. Governing Law
12.1
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
