What happens now?

You will receive an email with a link to join me over on Practice Better, if you aren't signed up already.  This is my GPDR compliant platform on which I run my online clinic - here we will share plans, recommendations and test results.

You'll receive notifications via email when you have new messages.  The app is really helpful to download onto your phone so that you can remind yourself of appointments, food choices I've made for you and supplements where appropriate.
